1. Final Sale Items

All sale, promo, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Received the Wrong Item?

If your order was incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the items received.

If eligible, we’ll issue a refund or reshipment — at our discretion.

3. Changed Your Mind or Selected the Wrong Item?

Please double-check your order details (style, curl, length, color, etc.) before checkout. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for buyer error.

If a return is approved as a courtesy, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once received and approved, a refund will be processed.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Processing takes 1–3 business days, after which your order will ship.
  • We ship Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

(Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.)

Please note: Shipping arrival times do not include processing time.

5. Pick-Up Orders

  • If you select local pick-up at checkout, you agree to collect your order within 7 days.
  • After 14 days, your order will be archived and ineligible for refund.
  • Archived orders are eligible for store credit only.

6. U.S. Shipping

Standard Shipping: 5–7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: Overnight or 2-Day options available.
Orders placed after 11AM PT will ship the next business day.

7. International Shipping

Standard International: 7–30 Business Days
DHL Express: 3 Business Days

8. Lost or Stolen Orders

BLB Sherlin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been handed to the carrier.

Please track your order and ensure someone is available to receive it.

If a package is marked “Delivered” by USPS, UPS, or DHL, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

For assistance with lost packages, contact the carrier directly — we’ll gladly help guide next steps if needed.

9. Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

Returned-to-sender or refused packages may occur if:

  • An address is incomplete or invalid
  • Delivery is refused
  • The package isn’t picked up from the post office

These orders will be restocked, and you’ll receive store credit (minus shipping) in the form of an E-Gift Card.

A $5 restocking fee applies to all returned or refused shipments.

We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

10. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

If customs fees are refused at delivery, the order will be returned and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned international packages may incur a $150 return fee.
